Paddle blades rotating at up to 1440 rpm throw the batch along the vessel wall and force a continuous up-and-down circulation; the resulting inter-particle and particle-to-blade friction raises the temperature rapidly — ideal when resins must absorb liquid plasticizers, or when pigments and additives must be dispersed and coated. Construction & Working Principle: The unit consists of a base frame, mixing vessel, vessel lid, transmission, lifting arrangement, discharge outlet and electrical control cabinet.
